i have two questions
Should I buy an ipod touch for $225 from walmart or $229.99 from apple store? Is there any difference with what ill get such as warranty or accessories?
also will i get charged if i use the internet or use instant messaging/text? I will use internet by wifi i think because i have a router for my laptop etc.

I would go with the $229 from Apple. Its straight from the manufacture, plus you get to engrave it and its free shipping and handling! No, you will not get charged for the internet or instant messaging. That is included in the $229. And you cannot text message on an iPod Touch.
